Reservation

To make a room reservation at White Water Inn Hotel, you must be an adult of 18 years and older. A credit card is required to make your reservation. On the web site, we accept payment with Visa, MasterCard.

Payment

Bills must be settled upon arrival. We accept payment with credit card Visa and MasterCard, or cash. Personal checks are not accepted.

Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. In case of cancellation with less than the required 24 hours prior notice, one full night will be charged to your credit card.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time at the White Water Inn Hotel is from 2:00 p.m. Please let us know if you can’t make it before 9:00 p.m.

Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. If your party happens to arrive earlier and the room is not yet available, we would be happy to store your luggage until your room is ready.

Upon arrival, please present your Photo ID.

Room Occupancy

Our rooms with one queen bed accommodate a maximum of two people and our rooms with two double beds accommodate a maximum of four people. We do not offer cots. Should occupancy exceed these numbers, an additional fee for each extra guest will likely be charged.

Non-smoking establishment

The White Water Inn Hotel is a non-smoking establishment. If one of the occupant or one of your guest smoke inside the establishment, a fee of $250 will be charged to your credit card.

Damage to Property

You will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by yourself, your guests, or any person in your party. If something is broken or vandalized, a minimum of $1000 will be charged to your credit card.

Pets

The White Water Inn Hotel accepts pets provided reservations have made in advance and our staff has been advised accordingly at time of reservation. Service animals are accepted at 40$/day. However, we ask you to pay a security deposit of $100.00 that is refundable upon check out.

Hazardous Goods

Bringing goods or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. The guest shall be solely liable and responsible to Hotel Management for any damage that may be caused by such articles.

Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons and drugs are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

Government rules and regulations and application of laws

Guests must observe, abide by, conform to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force at any given time.

Noise

To ensure a quiet and comfortable stay, loud noise is not permitted in the motel. If, after a warning, the noise level is still unacceptable, you will likely be subject to either a $500.00 fee or required to leave the hotel premises immediately, regardless of the time of day or night.

Departure

Check out time is (7 a.m.-11 a.m.). Please inform the front desk if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. An extension will be given depending on room availability and the normal room fee will be charged accordingly. If the room has not been vacated at the agreed check-out time, Hotel Management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room.

Guest’s Belongings

Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going to bed.

Hotel Management is not responsible for any loss or damage, including theft or vandalism, to either the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or any other part of the hotel.

Lien on guest luggage and belongings

In the case of default in payment of dues by guest, the management shall have the lien on their luggage and belongings, and be entitled to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time without reference to the guest. The net sale proceeds will be appropriated towards the amount due by the guest without prejudice to the management’s rights to adopt such further recovery proceedings as may be required.

Management’s Rights

It is agreed that the guest will conduct himself/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any disturbance or annoyance on the hotel premises.

Hotel Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel, without previous notice or assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to comply. In the event the guest fails to do so, Hotel Management has the right to remove the guest’s luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
